Welcome to the Freedom Women’s Group, the women’s ministry of Covenant Family Church, led by Minister Ayisha Sherman. We are a small group with a big heart—dedicated to building strong, faith-filled women through encouragement, connection, and purpose.
We meet every 2nd Saturday of the month, and every gathering is designed to be a space of refreshment, real conversation, and spiritual uplift. Whether you’re a member of Covenant or just looking for a place to belong, you are welcome here.
Each month, Minister Ayisha brings a timely message—rooted in Scripture and relevant to everyday life. We share openly, ask questions, and receive prayer, support, or solutions in the moment. It’s not just a meeting; it’s a safe space to grow, heal, and be heard.

Each year, Freedom Women’s Group hosts a powerful women’s conference that brings women together for a weekend of true worship, transformational teaching, and an outpouring of love and fellowship.

This year's Worthy Woman Conference is a call to purpose, identity, and destiny. Join us for Worthy Woman 2026: Destiny Conference, a powerful two-day experience designed to help every woman embrace who God created her to be and walk boldly in the purpose He prepared for her life.

You'll experience powerful worship, authentic fellowship, meaningful conversations, and transformational teaching that will challenge you to move forward with confidence and faith.

Freedom Scholarship
Investing in the Next Generation of Purpose-Driven Women
The Freedom Scholarship, presented by the Freedom Women’s Group of Covenant Family Church, exists to empower young women pursuing higher education by awarding financial scholarships to graduating high school seniors and first-year college students.
As part of the Worthy Woman Conference, annually, we launch this campaign to raise funds that will directly impact the lives of young women who are committed to walking in purpose—both spiritually and academically.
Why the Freedom Scholarship?
We believe in equipping the next generation of women with the tools they need to succeed—not just in faith, but in life. The Freedom Scholarship is our way of sowing into their future by helping remove financial barriers to college and career readiness.
